Will need tables collapsed and moved to wall. 30 chairs lined up in multipurpose center. They will arrange and decorate room, but will move chairs to telescope pads outside if weather permits. Need to have large binocular set up on mount for rehearsal and wedding.

Wedding party to arrive at 2PM to prepare. 30 guests will arrive at 3:30 for 4:00 ceremony. Binocolars will need to be mounted for ceremony. Prefer to have wedding outside if weather permits, otherwise will use multipurpose building. No food. Will need PA system if moved outside. May be needing to use media system inside.
