THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
Calvary Community Church will be hosting a worship service about the amazing universe God has created.  Join us at 6:30 PM at the Calvary Community Church (located at 4400 N. First St. Lincoln, NE) for a time of praise and an informative message.  Around 7:30, we will drive to the Branched Oak Observatory (a bus will also be provided) where we will have a tour of the wonders of the night sky by the observatory staff.
Transportation available: A bus will leave Calvary Community Church around 7:30PM, arriving at BOO around 8PM.  The bus will make return trips to the church at 9, 10 & 11PM.
  • The Worship Service will begin at 6:30 and will last approximately 1 hour
  • A tour of the night skies and viewing by telescopes will follow the service at the Observatory. Stay as long as you’d like.
  • No Park Permit Required if you decide to drive.
  • No Telescope Needed – But you are certainly welcome (and encouraged) to bring your own equipment!

Branched Oak Observatory is located near, but not inside, the Branched Oak Lake and State Recreation Area. The address is 14300 NW 98th Street Raymond, NE 68428.
