The following was used to describe our participation at the event.
“Branched Oak Observatory. We will set up an information table and display about our facility and its programming. We will hand out star maps, event calendars, literature about light pollution, and more. We will also have a nice assortment of NASA and space science giveaways. We will have a few displays including “Touch a Real Rock From Space” featuring a number of meteorites, and a couple of telescopes showing optical design. We will have a separate table with a craft activity for the kids to make.” Two tables have been asked for. You might want to take our own round for the craft activity.
