Volunteer Training
March 8 @ 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Last-minute Volunteer training opportunity for THIS weekend- Saturday night (March 8th), IF you would like to participate.
This is for any and all volunteer staff that would like a stress-free refresher (or first-time training) on the Celestron mounts (which carry the h-alpha telescope, the 11″ SCT, and the 6″ APO), as well as general operations in the Boller-Sivill Observatory and in the Kunkel Family Multipurpose Center. NEW potential volunteers (if you are reading this) are absolutely welcome to attend too!
There is no need to sign-up or email. If you have the time and are interested, just come on out to BOO at 8PM Saturday night . If you are in need of training but unable to make it this time around, more opportunities will be available on March 22, April 19, and May 10.
